Overview

Escape to the wild, untamed beauty of Tsavo National Park, one of Kenya’s largest and oldest game reserves. This 3-day safari promises sweeping savannahs, dramatic landscapes, and incredible wildlife encounters. Split between Tsavo East and Tsavo West, the park is famous for its red-dust elephants, the Mzima Springs, and striking volcanic scenery.

WHAT TO CARRY
1) Park entry fees at the gate is citizen pay KSH. 600 and Non Residents $65 per Night hence
for 3 days you pay KSH 1,200 and USD130 respectively.
2) Passport/ ID, Camera, Hat, sunglasses. Residents / citizens MUST show their ID/passports
or Residency cards or else will be charged as non-residents. ALL documents must be
valid.

DAY 1: Nairobi to Tsavo West – Kenya

Welcome to CladaSafari safari to Tsavo. Depart Nairobi in the morning and drive through Nairobi – Mombasa highway. We enter the Tsavo West in the mid-morning and commence game viewing en-route base to booked camp or lodge. After check-in, we freshen up and settle for a buffet lunch. We will proceed for an afternoon game viewing drive with a visit to the rhino
sanctuary. We return to our camp or lodge for dinner and overnight

DAY 2: Tsavo West National Park – Kenya

With a full day in the park, your options are wide. Both morning and afternoon game drives are offered (with trips to the famous Mzima Springs Hippo Pools, rhino sanctuary and the Shetani Lava Flows). Tsavo offers some of the most magnificent game viewing in the world – vast herds of dust-red elephant, fat pods of hippo, giant crocodile, teeming herds of plains game, a fantasia of bird life and some magical flora. The lush, hippo-inhabited pools of Mzima Springs, fed daily by 250 million liters of water gushing from the lava flows of the Chyulu hills, provide an oasis of
green, an under-water hippo-viewing chamber, two nature trails and some unique picnic spots. At an extra cost, Sundowners can be taken on safari or at the lodge camp, followed by dinner

DAY 3: Tsavo West to Nairobi – Kenya

Early morning breakfast then depart the lodge having a game drive en route coming out from
Mtito Andei gate and start the journey back to Nairobi. You may have lunch at own cost at Mtitorestaurant.
